Can I book a vehicle for airport pickup only, without a full-day vehicles?

Yes! We offer standalone airport pickup/drop services. The charges are based on distance from the airport to your hotel or destination. Share your location and we'll provide an instant quote via WhatsApp.

How early should I book the vehicle before my trip?

We recommend booking at least 7–14 days in advance, especially for the bus and Force Traveller which are in high demand. For Swift Dzire, 3–5 days advance booking is usually sufficient. During festival seasons (Karthigai, Thai Pongal), book at least 4 weeks ahead.

What if our group size increases after booking?

Inform us as soon as possible. If the increase is minor, we can arrange the same vehicle with slight adjustment. For a significant increase, we will upgrade your vehicle or add an additional vehicle. Charges will be recalculated accordingly.

Is the per-kilometer rate inclusive of fuel and driver charges?

Yes! Our advertised per-km rates are fully inclusive of fuel, driver allowance, tolls, and parking at most temples. There are no hidden charges. The only additional cost may be for the optional roof carrier (₹300/day) or late night extra charges beyond midnight.

Can our driver speak Tamil and help with temple information?

Absolutely. All our drivers are local Tamil speakers and have deep knowledge of Trichy's temples, their history, and proper customs. They will guide you on appropriate dress, worship timings, and help you communicate with temple staff where needed.

What happens if the vehicle breaks down during the tour?

We have a full backup vehicle policy. In the rare event of a breakdown, we dispatch a replacement vehicle within 60–90 minutes. You will not be stranded. Our coordination team is on call 24/7 to handle any situation swiftly.

Do you provide child seats for infants and toddlers?

Yes, child safety seats are available on request at no extra charge for the Swift Dzire. For the van and bus, we provide booster cushions and seatbelt extensions. Please mention child passengers and their ages at the time of booking.
